Position: Project Document Controller Department: Contracts and Project Management Qualification & Experience: B.Com/ BBA / BCA/ B.Sc. (1 or 3 years of experience)Not required B.Tech/Diploma Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word (knowledge of formulas, sorting/filtering)
- Familiarity with PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat)
- Basic understanding of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or similar) preferred but not mandatory
- Soft Skills & Other Requirements:
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain document version control, numbering, and filing systems
- Basic knowledge of scanning, copying, and archiving physical/electronic documents
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple project teams
