The English Language Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive English language training programs. Duties will include planning lessons, conducting training sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback. The trainer will be expected to engage effectively with learners, using advanced teaching methodologies to enhance language proficiency. Collaboration with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices will also be a key part of the role. Qualifications
- Proficiency and experience in English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching skills
- Strong foundation in Education, including the ability to create and deliver structured learning plans
- Excellent Writing skills for the creation of teaching materials and effective communication with learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse learners
- Prior experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is an advantage
