Customer Service Executive (Noida)

Location: Sector 135, Noida Company: Livekeeping Technologies Pvt Ltd.(An IndiaMART Company) Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the Role We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for managing the overall customer experience by ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting customers throughout their journey with the product. Key Responsibilities ● Connect with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding the product and services. ● Assist customers during onboarding and ensure smooth product setup and usage. ● Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or other communication channels. ● Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. ● Guide customers on product features and help them utilize the platform effectively. ● Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement. ● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. ● Keep track of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests. ● Inform customers about relevant product updates, benefits, and available solutions. ● Ensure timely completion of customer requests and maintain service quality standards. Eligibility Criteria ● Graduation in any discipline. ● Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability. ● Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain customer relationships. ● Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer handling processes. ● Valuable verbal and strong email communication. ● Good understanding of MS Excel. ● Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th standard. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹21,500.00
