The company is looking for a smart, energetic, proactive, and business-oriented Client Servicing Executive who can professionally handle clients, coordinate with internal teams, manage media and advertising projects, and contribute towards business development and long-term client relationships. Position Objective To manage and strengthen client relationships, ensure smooth servicing and execution of media/advertising projects, coordinate between clients and internal teams, support business generation activities, and maintain high-quality professional communication standards. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence, presentation ability, coordination capability, and understanding of media and advertising industry operations. Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely response and support.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project status, approvals, deliverables, and payments.
- Coordinate with media agencies, print media, digital media platforms, production vendors, and advertising partners.
- Support execution of advertising campaigns, branding activities, PR campaigns, and media planning requirements.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through networking, references, and market outreach.
- Coordinate internally with creative, digital marketing, operations, production, accounts, and management teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Draft professional emails, presentations, proposals, and communication notes.
- Prepare daily work reports and weekly client servicing updates.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, project status, and servicing activities. Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Advertising Agency, Media Agency, PR Agency, News Media, Branding or Communication Industry.
- Candidate with government project servicing exposure will be preferred.
- Experience in handling multiple clients and campaign coordination will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be energetic, active, intelligent, and professionally groomed.
