Client Service Executive Company: Creativemud Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month About the Role Creativemud Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and professional Client Service Executive with 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communication, and business coordination within an advertising or digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, strong client interaction abilities, and the capability to manage client relationships professionally while coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Servicing
- Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management
- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate internally for execution
- Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, presentations, and meetings
- Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams Presentation & Business Coordination
- Prepare presentations, strategy decks, reports, and proposal documents
- Conduct plan presentations and participate in business discussions with clients
- Support senior management in new business discussions and client acquisition activities
- Coordinate for campaign planning and execution timelines Payment Follow-Up & Reporting
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, approvals, and pending deliverables
- Maintain proper records of meetings, discussions, approvals, and project status
- Generate monthly reports and performance summaries for clients Social Media & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams for social media and campaign execution
- Assist in calendar planning and campaign scheduling
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Mass Communication / Advertising / Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or account management
- Candidates from advertising agencies or digital marketing agencies will be preferred Core Competencies
