Experience : 15–18 Years Qualification - B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - MBA/Operations would be an added advantage Key Requirements - Strong experience in the Electrical Panel Industry or project-oriented manufacturing setup - Hands-on exposure to production planning, plant operations, project coordination, or manufacturing execution- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP - Strong coordination skills with internal departments including: 1. Production 2. Planning 3. Purchase 4. Stores 5. Quality 6. Dispatch 7. Projects - Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely execution - Experience handling customer commitments, delivery schedules, and cross-functional follow-ups- Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Good communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with all inter-departments for smooth project execution and manufacturing activities - Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders/projects- Ensure material availability through coordination with procurement and stores - Track project timelines, bottlenecks, and delivery commitments - Work closely with planning and production teams to improve operational efficiency - Ensure ERP discipline and proper system updates in Oracle - Support management with MIS reports, production status, and execution updates- Drive process improvements and coordination efficiency across departments - Handle customer escalation and internal execution challenges effectively Preferred Industry Background - LV/MV Panel Manufacturing - Electrical Switchgear - EPC / Project Manufacturing - Industrial Equipment Manufacturing- Power Distribution Products Salary Up to₹15 LPA
