Our leadership team includes professionals from Bain&Co. and KPMG Job Summary: We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive who can plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys working with data, and can help scale campaigns through constant testing and optimization.Key Responsibilities: Planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Monitoring campaign performance and improving ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates. Conducting audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to improve ad performance. Working closely with the creative and growth teams to build high-performing ad creatives.Tracking campaign performance and preparing daily and weekly reports. Analyzing campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Staying updated with the latest Meta Ads strategies, tools, and platform changes. Who we're looking for: Someone with a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.Good analytical skills and strong Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis. Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset. Passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Agency experience will be an added advantage.Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in BMS, B.Com (Hons), or Economics (Hons) only. Mandatory certification in Digital Marketing from a recognized institute.
