Service CatalogExperience in REST/SOAP integrations and API development Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow data model Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skillsPreferred Skills ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS modules preferred) Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
