We operate on-site across urban and suburban markets, delivering superior customer experiences, market insights and deal execution across property types.This role is for an on-site sales professional who will drive property discovery, client engagement and deal closures across our portfolio. Role&Responsibilities Prospect and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified buyer/seller opportunities using structured outreach and follow-up rhythms. Conduct property showings, market tours and virtual walkthroughs; present comparative market analyses and tailored proposals to clients. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification site visits offer negotiation documentation coordination deal closure.Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM; update listings and syndicate to major property portals. Coordinate with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure timely inspections, documentation and handover.
