We work with companies across India who need high quality custom bags for employee gifting, client gifting, festive campaigns, and promotional events. We work on a made-to-order model with a minimum order quantity, ensuring every order is crafted specifically for the client's brand and occasion.What You Will Do Handle all inbound enquiries— calls, WhatsApp, email — and respond within the hour Understand client requirements — occasion, quantity, budget, branding needs — and suggest the right solution Send catalogues, samples, and quotations to interested prospects Follow up consistently on all open leads until closure or clear rejectionClose smaller and mid-size orders independently with confidence Support senior team members on larger corporate accounts— backend coordination, follow-ups, documentation Maintain and update the lead tracker (Google Sheets CRM) daily without fail Build and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat ordersCoordinate with the operations team on order status, delivery timelines, and client updates Actively contribute to festive season campaigns— Diwali, year-end gifting, and other peak periods Who We Are Looking For 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or client servicingConfident communicator— comfortable speaking with HR heads, marketing managers, and procurement teams Self-starter who does not need to be reminded to follow up — you own your leads Excellent written and spoken communication in Hindi and English Comfortable working on WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and Google SheetsStrong attention to detail— accurate quotations, timely updates, zero dropped balls Positive, warm personality — clients should enjoy speaking with you Hunger to earn — excited by incentives on every order you close Good to Have Prior experience in a corporate gifting company, promotional merchandise firm, or event companyUnderstanding of how purchase decisions are made in mid to large corporates Awareness of the gifting calendar— Diwali, year-end, annual days, product launches Comfort with occasional local market visits or client meetings What You Will Earn Component Details Fixed Salary ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month based on experienceOrder Incentive₹1,000 – ₹5,000 per order closed independently Quarterly Bonus Performance bonus when team hits quarterly revenue target Our Hiring Process Step 1 — Resume shortlisting (2 days) Step 2 — Phone screening call — 10 minutes Step 3 — In-person interview + practical testStep 4— Offer within 48 hours for the right candidate Note for candidates: During the in-person interview, you will be given a real business scenario and asked to write a WhatsApp message or respond to a client enquiry on the spot.
