Role: PR Operations (Full-time) Department: Digital Content Services Location: Noida (Hybrid - 4 Days Work from Office) Experience: 3- 5 years Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage Public Relations (PR) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong media and content alliances, ensuring seamless operational processes, and driving impactful partner engagement that supports business growth.Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong media and content alliances to drive visibility and business growth. Develop, expand, and maintain a robust partner pipeline. Oversee operational processes including reconciliations, invoices, POs, and ensure timely partner payments in coordination with the finance team.Conduct regular audits of partner platforms, identify and resolve technical or operational issues, and ensure optimal content visibility. Manage CMS integrations with media partners; work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely press release delivery. Coordinate with the Sales team for proposal creation and delivery commitments.Maintain accurate audit trails, compliance documentation, and operational reports. Qualifications&Skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in PR operations, partner management, or media alliances. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing financial processes (invoicing, reconciliations, POs).Familiarity with CMS systems and digital content operations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
