Our B2B enterprise platform leverages cutting-edge AI to streamline talent discovery, engagement, and hiring for financial institutions, while also providing networking and training solutions for finance professionals and students.Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality visuals for digital marketing campaigns, web assets, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels and platforms. Create layouts, banners, infographics, and other visual elements for marketing and product use.Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align designs with strategic goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and strategies. Ensure timely delivery of design assets while adhering to brand guidelines and incorporating feedback. Required Skills&Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (internships may be considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of responsive web design principles.
