Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive with proven experience in agency sales and account management . The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication. Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing/advertising strategies. Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience . Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
