Designation: Trainee– R&D Location: Greater Noida Reporting To: Assistant Manager / Senior Scientist Experience: Fresher No. of Vacancies: 2 Travel Requirement: No Job Purpose To support R&D projects by executing experimental work, conducting wet-chemical analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in alignment with project objectives. Key Responsibilities Execute experimental work for ongoing R&D projects as per defined protocols Perform wet-chemical analysis of in-house and external samples Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines Record experimental data accurately in Excel sheets on a day-to-day basis Prepare detailed technical reports in MS Word within assigned timelinesAssist in data analysis and interpretation under guidance of reporting manager Coordinate effectively with R&D and QC teams for sample analysis and validation Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards Key Result Areas (KRAs) Timely completion of assigned experimental tasks Accurate and systematic documentation of experimental data Compliance with lab safety and quality standardsEffective collaboration with R&D and QC teams Competency Profile Must have completed full time degree in MSC in Inorganic/Metallurgy/Analytical/Physical Only Basic understanding of Inorganic and Solution Chemistry Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry (hands-on lab exposure preferred) Strong documentation and data recording skillsFamiliarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication skills Planning and time management abilities Attention to detail and analytical mindset
