Desktop Support cum Networking Engineer (Fresher), Noida

We are looking for a moDvated and enthusiasDc fresher to join our team as a Desktop Support cum Networking Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic IT support, troubleshooDng desktop issues, and assisDng in maintaining network systems. Key Responsibilities• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices• Install, configure, and maintain operaDng systems (Windows/Linux) and soQware applicaDons • Troubleshoot hardware and soQware issues in a Dmely manner • Assist in network setup, configuraDon, and basic troubleshooDng (LAN/WAN) • Monitor network performance and report issues • Supportusers with email, internet, and connecDvity problems• Maintain IT inventory and documentaDon • Coordinate with senior engineers for complex issues Requirements Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts Understanding of IP addressing, routers, switches, and LAN setup Good troubleshooDng and problem-solving skills.
