JOB TITLE: Aeronautical / Industrial Designer COMPANY: ANCOR RESEARCH LABS LLP EXPERIENCE: 3–5 Years LOCATION: Greater Noida JOB TYPE: FULL TIME We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical / Industrial Designer with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or high-technology product design. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design of aeronautical systems and components, with a strong focus on aerodynamics, structural integrity, manufacturability, and aesthetics, particularly for UAVs, aircraft components, or advanced defense/aerospace platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptualize, design, and develop aeronautical products and components from concept to production Create industrial design concepts with strong emphasis on form, function, and aerodynamics Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, avionics, and manufacturing teamsPerform design optimization considering weight, strength, thermal behavior, and manufacturability Conduct DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and material selection Support prototype development, testing, and design iterations Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirementsDocument design processes and maintain configuration control Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in aeronautical / aerospace / UAV / advanced engineering productsStrong understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and industrial design principles Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Fusion 360, or similar Experience with composite materials, lightweight structures, and aerospace-grade materials Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, composites, additive manufacturing, sheet metal)Ability to interpret and create GD&T-compliant drawings PREFERRED SKILLS (GOOD TO HAVE): Experience in UAV / Drone / Aerospace defense projects Exposure to CFD / FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, etc.) Knowledge of DO-160, MIL-STD, or aerospace certification processes Hands-on experience with prototyping and testingStrong visual design sense and attention to detail SOFT SKILLS: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Innovation-driven mindset with attention to detail BenefitsWHAT WE OFFER: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies Exposure to full product lifecycle development Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Join us by sending your work/ share your resume at:[HIDDEN TEXT] [HIDDEN TEXT] 9319007511
