Job Description: Pre Sales Executive Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Noida (Hybrid- 12 days a month) is a SaaS based experience management platform . We are proud to provide Communities and Mystery Shopping solutions, as well as strategic guidance, support and services to leading banks, Insurance companies, airports and FMCG companies across the globe.Position Description: As a Presales Executive, you will work closely across various verticals such as sales and marketing, product engineering and customer success to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs. Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the product. You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development.Key Responsibilities: Experience in SaaS solutions preferred Analyse and Qualify RFP, RFQ&RFI Requests and provide solution response Prepare sales proposals as per required use case (Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Market Research.) Possessing a sharp eye for detail&superior presentation skills Possessing documentation skills for technical, legal and compliance requirements. Collaborate across teams for solutioning the customer technical, legal and compliance requirements Working on tight deadlines across opportunities Participate in customer calls with sales team to understand the challenges and pain areasUnderstand the scope of work stated in the RFP, identify potential risk etc and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution Analysing, calculating, and reasoning a situation effectively Getting along with diverse personalities easily Ability to manage multiple prospect situations simultaneouslyPositioning company products against direct and indirect competitors Requirements: Engineering in Computer Science/IT is a must and having MBA preferred Good knowledge of technology and applications products/solutions, platform and SaaS Commitment and dedication to get the work done on timeAbility to work both independently and with a team Good analytical and communication skills Well-versed with MS Office
