The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy for Shft-In's co-living spaces by identifying and engaging potential clients, providing property tours, and managing client communication. Other day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for residents from inquiry to move-in.Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse client groups Knowledge of market trends, market research, and client relationship management Proficiency in customer service to ensure a positive client experienceHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously Familiarity with co-living or real estate industries is a plus Experience using CRM software or sales tools is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferredSalary Upto 40,000/-
