Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement&Vendor Management Hardware&Swag: Manage procurement of laptops, networking gear, and event-specific merchandise for hackathons and bootcamps. Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers. Cost Optimization: Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.2. IT Administration&Asset Management Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the IT setup for new joiners (laptop provisioning, access management, software credentials). Software Stack: Manage licenses, subscriptions (SaaS tools), and ensure internal security protocols are followed. L1 Tech Support: Act as the first point of contact for internal hardware issues, minor network troubleshooting, and basic IT maintenance.3. Office&Event Administration Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, productive environment. Event Logistics Support: Assist with the logistical side of offline hackathons or bootcamps (e.g., coordinating courier shipments for tech hardware, event kit management).Documentation: Maintain clear records of all assets, contracts, and operational processes. The Ideal Profile: Tech Literacy: You aren't just an admin; you understand hardware specs, cloud SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.), and how to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
