Production Manager (Noida)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations for home appliance products such as electric kettles, room heaters, Mixer Grinder, Immersion rod, induction cooktops, infrared heaters, air fryers, OTG (Oven Toaster Griller), and BLDC/induction fans. The role involves managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring quality, optimizing efficiency, and meeting delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and control complete production line operations 2. Plan daily/weekly/monthly production schedules 3. Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines 4. Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and productivity 5. Maintain quality standards as per company and industry norms 6. Handle production of: a) Electric Kettles b) Room Heaters c) Induction Cooktops d) Infrared Heaters e) Air Fryers C Air Fryer + Oven f) OTG (Oven Toaster Griller) g) Fans (Induction C BLDC) h) Mixer Grinder i) Immersion Rod 7. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams 8. Reduce production costs and improve efficiency 9. Implement SOPs and process improvements 10. Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation 11. Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime Key Result Areas (KRA) 1. Achieve production targets (daily/monthly output) 2. Maintain quality rejection rate below defined % 3. Improve production efficiency C reduce wastage 4. Ensure on-time delivery of production schedules 5. Maintain machine uptime C reduce breakdowns 6. Optimize manpower utilization 7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards 8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) Required Skills 1. Solid knowledge of home appliance manufacturing 2. Experience in assembly line production 3. Leadership and team management skills 4. Production planning C control (PPC) 5. Problem-solving and decision-making ability 6. Knowledge of quality standards and safety norms Preferred Qualifications Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering Experience in home appliance or consumer durable industry Experience: 6-12 years Salary Best in industry (Depends on experience) Pay: ₹45,000.00
