Bussiness Development Executive Noida

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, specifically within the construction, interior design, architecture, or building materials sectors in the Delhi-NCR region. Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of Noida's industrial and residential layout (e.g., Sector 62, Noida Extension, Yamuna Expressway ). Having an existing local network of architects or contractors is a massive plus. Communication: Fluent in Hindi and solid skilled English communication skills. You need to be highly persuasive and comfortable presenting to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision. In a small team, adaptability and grit are everything. Mobility: Must own a vehicle for local travel and client site visits across Noida/NCR.
