Export Documentation Executive Noida

Role & responsibilities Prepare and manage export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, and other export-related documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for timely shipment clearance. Handle EPCG, IGCR, LUT, and other export compliance documentation. Maintain proper records of export-import transactions and shipment details. Ensure all documentation complies with customs regulations and international trade requirements. Coordinate with production, merchandising, and accounts teams for smooth dispatch operations. Follow up with banks regarding export documents under LC/DA/DP terms. Track shipments and update internal teams and customers regarding dispatch status.

Preferred candidate profile Valuable knowledge of export documentation processes. Experience in handling EPCG and IGCR documentation preferred. Positive communication and coordination skills.
