Admission Support Executive Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for an Admission Support Executive to assist prospective students throughout the admission process. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating documentation, supporting admission counsellors, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth admission experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Support students and parents with admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation. Assist the admissions team in application processing and follow-ups. Maintain student databases and update records in CRM/software systems. Coordinate with finance and academic departments for admission completion. Verify documents and ensure accuracy of application details. Track pending applications and payment status. Schedule counselling sessions, interviews, and orientation programs. Resolve basic student queries and escalate complex issues when required. Prepare daily and weekly admission reports.
