a. Dental Assistant

Responsibilities: Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and materials. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental X-rays. Maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification from an accredited dental assisting program preferred. Robust communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

b. Receptionist

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive. Manage patient appointments and schedules. Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries. Handle billing and insurance processing. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
