Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelancer Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities for recruitment services, including researching potential clients and mapping target markets. The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms, and schedule meetings or presentations with decision-makers. Daily tasks include understanding client hiring needs, presenting MRRCS’s service offerings, negotiating terms, and supporting account handover to the delivery team. The role also includes managing relationships with existing clients, tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and proposals. Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify, pitch, and close opportunities in the recruitment or staffing domain.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospect research, outreach, and qualification using phone, email, and digital channels.
- Effective Communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
