Engagement Associate cum Trainer FutureTech Programs (Noida)

About the Position CSRBOX is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Engagement Associate cum Trainer to support institutional outreach, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and student facilitation for FutureTech programs. The role involves collaborating with colleges, universities, trainers, and students to ensure smooth implementation of FutureTech initiatives, workshops, webinars, bootcamps, and innovation-driven learning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, training facilitation abilities, and a passion for technology, education, and youth engagement. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with higher education institutions, technical colleges, and universities to introduce FutureTech programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with faculty coordinators, placement cells, training heads, and student clubs.
- Support onboarding of institutions and ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with institutional stakeholders for smooth execution of sessions and activities. Engagement & Facilitation Support
- Coordinate with trainers and program teams to schedule workshops, webinars, hackathons, bootcamps, and training sessions.
- Conduct and facilitate interactive sessions for students on FutureTech domains, career readiness, digital skills, or emerging technologies.
- Support student engagement activities in both online and offline formats.
- Assist participants during training sessions and resolve student/faculty queries effectively.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with institutions and learners. Content & Communication Support
- Collaborate with content and program teams to prepare presentations, outreach materials, and training resources.
- Share program updates, event schedules, success stories, and announcements through emails, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Support development of communication and marketing collateral for outreach campaigns. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, registrations, attendance, and participant engagement.
- Track stakeholder feedback and prepare reports to support program improvements.
- Update CRM systems, dashboards, Excel sheets, and reporting tools regularly.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and documentation related to program activities. Event Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing on-ground events, institutional visits, webinars, and networking meetups.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, communication, and event follow-ups.
- Support smooth execution of FutureTech events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during events and training sessions. Mandatory Qualification and Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in rapid-paced environments.
- Comfortable with travel and field visits. Qualifications & Experience
- Good understanding of FutureTech domains such as AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud, Coding, Digital Skills, or Emerging Technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, presentations, and online meeting platforms.
