German Language Trainer (Noida)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site German Language Trainer role based in Noida. The trainer will be responsible for instructing students in the German language (beginner to advanced levels) and preparing them for various language proficiency exams such as A1, A2, and B1/B2. Responsibilities include creating engaging learning materials, conducting regular assessments, providing constructive feedback, and tailoring instruction to meet individual learning styles. The trainer will collaborate with the program team to ensure students meet the language requirements for the Germany-based Ausbildung program. Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching German as a foreign language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills
- Familiarity with language certification exams such as A1, A2, B1, and B2, and strategies for effective exam preparation
- Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and the creation of engaging teaching materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a supportive and effective learning environment
- Experience working with students or professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Certification in teaching German as a foreign language (preferably Goethe-Institut or equivalent) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in German Studies, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred
