The role focuses on assisting customers, resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience for our GPS tracking and vehicle security solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Handle customer inquiries related to GPS tracking devices, AIS 140 VLTD, vehicle tracking software, and related services.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests and support tickets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
