Job Title: Customer Service Agent – English Location: Department: Call Center Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent who is fluent and proficient in English to support real-time communication between our clients and the LPE (Limited Proficiency English) customer base. The CSR will facilitate accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation services in verbal formats, ensuring explicit understanding and effective service delivery across various scenarios. This role requires exceptional language skills, cultural sensitivity, and a strong customer service orientation. The Agent will work closely with operations and support teams to assist in bridging any communication gaps and enabling high-quality interactions.
Provide real-time verbal interpretation between LPE customers and English-speaking representatives, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Assist customers in understanding complex processes, instructions, or service information with clarity and empathy.
• Partner with the customer team to support interactions across different customer journeys (e.g., support calls, issue resolution).
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism during calls.
• Help document and relay customer issues or needs clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team leads, QA teams, and operations to ensure consistent communication standards are met.
• Support training sessions or meetings involving participants when required.
Fluency and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Prior experience as a customer service agent, translator, or bilingual support agent preferred.
• Familiarity with interpreting in a customer service or operational environment is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, or other communication systems.
Graduate.
• Experience working with International Call Centre’s.
