IT Operations & Applications Executive Elesa+Ganter India (E+G India) is a market leader in industrial components and is on a strong digital and automation journey across various applications like ERP, WMS (warehouse automation), CRM, HRMS, analytics, and Microsoft platforms. We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Applications Executive who will take ownership of day-to-day IT systems, applications, vendors, and improvements — ensuring technology runs reliably and helps the business move faster. This is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with users and consultants, and steadily improving systems. What will you do? Business Applications & Systems
• Support and monitor business systems including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central), CRM, HRMS, Tasklet WMS, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
• Coordinate with external IT consultants and vendors for bug fixes, enhancements, and minor upgrades
• Understand business requirements and processes, help document them, and support bug fixes, UAT and go-live activities
• Track system issues, follow up for resolution, and ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Suggest process improvements and automation ideas based on day-to-day system usage IT Operations & Infrastructure
• Handle day-to-day IT support and issue tracking across the organisation
• Manage laptops, desktops, warehouse mobile computers, scanners, printers, and basic network setup
• Support employee onboarding and exits: device setup, access creation/removal, mailbox configuration
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, mailboxes, basic SharePoint access, Teams, and mailbox rules
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues, replacements, and maintenance Vendor & Consultant Coordination
• Act as the single point of coordination for IT consultants and vendors on retainers
• Track pending issues, follow-ups, and delivery timelines
• Ensure vendors work within agreed scope and priorities
• Escalate risks or delays internally with clear summaries Data, Reporting & Controls
• Support Power BI dashboards and ensure data availability and refresh reliability
• Assist in maintaining user access controls across systems
• Maintain basic documentation for systems, processes, and recurring issues
• Ensure data backups and security hygiene are followed as per internal guidelines What can you expect?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, business applications, or systems coordination
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred)
• Basic understanding of networks, end-user devices, and IT infrastructure
• Comfortable working with vendors, consultants, and non-technical users
• Valuable documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
