Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Noida)

POST : Occupational Therapist/ Pediatric Physiotherapist (Full time) LOCATION : NOIDA SECTOR 104 ( EXPERIENCE : 2 years (Pediatrics required) QUALIFICATION : BOT (Bachelor's of Occupational Therapy), Licensed. MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
- Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome
- Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct detailed OT assessments , therapy planning & regular progress updates.
- Provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.
- Parent-focused approach – role includes active counseling and empowerment.
- Deliver 50+ quality sessions/week and ensure high client retention.
- Mentor junior therapists through feedback, 1:1 coaching, and group trainings .
- Actively identify new tools, techniques , and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
