Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Customer Service Representative role based in Noida, with a combination of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. Responsibilities include handling questions about products or services, troubleshooting basic problems, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. The role involves maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system, following standard operating procedures, and meeting defined quality and productivity targets. The representative will also gather feedback to help improve customer experience and collaborate with peers and supervisors to enhance service standards.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with experience in customer service representative roles or similar client-facing positions.

Ability to deliver high-quality customer support, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Focus on customer satisfaction, including resolving issues effectively and following up when required.

Understanding of customer experience principles and commitment to providing a positive, consistent experience across channels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software for documenting and tracking interactions.
