Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and solve customer queries through calls.
Help customers by resolving their issues with high quality conversations.
Improve the customer's experience with the client services by ensuring that the customer's issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
Exceed expectations on conversation quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
Ensure that all the company policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
Assist customers with urgent needs and guide them to the best solutions based on their preferences and requests
Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
Build out customer knowledge bases to speed up and improve future replies
Think creatively and make cutting-edge suggestions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls or customer service.

Robust command of grammar and syntax
