Program Manager | Learning Solutions / eLearning | Client-Facing

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with a solid background in learning solutions, eLearning, or training delivery to lead complex programs end-to-end while building strong client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.

This is not a back-office PM role. You will operate at the center of client engagement, solutioning, and delivery, owning both execution and account success.

What You’ll Do Own and manage multiple learning programs across clients, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, uncover learning needs, and align solutions accordingly Translate client requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams (design, development, delivery) Drive program governance, including KPIs, risk management, forecasting, and compliance Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and learning objectives Proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional work or expanded scope Navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions that balance client needs and business outcomes

What You Bring 10+ years in the learning industry (eLearning, training delivery, or learning solutions) 8+ years managing complex projects or programs, ideally in a skilled services environment Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive accountability Strong commercial awareness, including forecasting, budgeting, and scope management Confidence working directly with clients, including managing expectations and resolving issues Clear, structured communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignment

Nice to Have PMI or equivalent certification Experience supporting proposal development or solutioning
