Project Manager – Civil (Real Estate) (Divar Island)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage civil works for residential/commercial projects.
- Prepare schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Supervise site execution (excavation to finishing).
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage budgets, BOQs, and contractor billing.
- Liaise for approvals, NOCs, and statutory compliance.
- Handle project documentation and regular reporting.
- Ensure smooth handover with final inspection and closure. Skills Required:
- Solid civil engineering & site execution knowledge
- Project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP)
- Team leadership & contractor management
