Assistant Manager Circle In Charge North Goa

To ensure uninterrupted, effective, and cost-effective energy supply and utility management across all sites within the assigned circle. The role involves overseeing energy sourcing, consumption, optimization initiatives, vendor coordination, renewable integration, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Energy Management (mandatory)

3–5 years of relevant experience in energy/utilities operations, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or industrial sectors

Exposure to renewable energy projects and energy efficiency programs is a plus

Requirements

Skills Required:

Robust technical understanding of power systems and energy management

Data analysis and reporting (Excel, dashboards, SCADA systems)

Vendor management and negotiation skills

Regulatory knowledge (Electricity Act, state policies)
