- Anything that don’t add value to teaching-learning process A Successful Candidate:
- Earned doctorate with a good master’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to teach across disciplinary boundaries
- Publication record in high-impact journal will be a plus but not a mandatory criterion for fresh PhDs
- Experience in translating academic work into industry-relevant applications or partnerships
- Experience with innovative pedagogies
