Warehouse Operations (North Goa)

Role & responsibilities 1. Warehouse Strategy & Operations Management
- Design and implement scalable warehouse operating models aligned with DRS objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound receipt, segregation, storage, and outbound dispatch.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and material handling processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times. 2. Network Planning & Logistics Integration
- Develop and manage warehouse networks to support state-wide DRS implementation.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure seamless transportation and timely movement of materials.
- Establish routing, scheduling, and dispatch frameworks to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and improve end-to-end material traceability across the network. 3. Process Governance & Compliance
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with DRS protocols, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement quality control mechanisms to maintain high segregation accuracy and minimize contamination.
- Prepare for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements. 4. Performance Management & Reporting
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Build and manage reporting dashboards for operational visibility and decision-making.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders. 5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and manage warehouse teams across locations, including supervisors and operational staff.
- Drive workforce planning, training, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration with field operations, HoReCa teams, and external partners. 6. Stakeholder Coordination & Ecosystem Enablement
- Act as a key interface between collection centers, recycling partners, and internal teams.
- Support onboarding and operational alignment of new partners within the DRS framework.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure high service levels across stakeholders.
- Contribute to scaling the DRS initiative through efficient and reliable backend operations. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background (Preferred)

- Business Administration Experience
- 58 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Proven experience in managing multi-location operations or high-volume material handling environments.
