Store Incharge (North Goa)

Role & responsibilities 1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for project materials, tools, and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations
- Minimize material wastage, loss, and obsolete stock 2. Material Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Track material consumption
- Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movements 3. Store Operations
- Ensure proper storage conditions and safety standards
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store 4. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Assist procurement team in verifying material specifications and quantities
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery schedules
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity compliance 5. Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management
