Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Goa (North) Company: COCO LENI Experience: 2–6 Years Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: COCO LENI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute premium retail spaces aligned with the brand’s luxury identity. The ideal candidate should have strong aesthetic sensibility, space planning skills, and experience in designing retail, boutique, luxury, hospitality, or experiential spaces. The role involves creating immersive customer experiences through interiors, materials, lighting, furniture, displays, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interior concepts for retail stores, boutiques, and experience spaces.
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, concepts, and presentation materials.
- Plan space utilization, customer flow, fixtures, display areas, and overall store experience.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and execution teams for project completion.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, décor, and fixtures aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Oversee store fit-outs, installations, and execution quality.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and project standards are maintained.
- Support store launches, renovations, pop-ups, exhibitions, and special projects.
- Collaborate with VM, Retail, Operations, and Leadership teams for project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor implementation progress. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Interior Design, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, boutiques, lifestyle, or commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office and design presentation tools.
- Solid understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and space planning.
- Good vendor coordination and project management skills.
- Strong visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
