- 20 LPA + Attractive Incentives Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Star Estate is looking for an experienced and result-driven Syndicate Head / Channel Sales Head to lead and expand our channel partner and syndicate network across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai markets. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Channel Sales, Distribution Management, Partner Acquisition, Relationship Management, Real Estate Sales Strategy, Revenue Generation, and Team Leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of Channel Partners, IPCs, Brokers, and Syndicate Partners.
- Drive sales revenue through channel distribution and partner engagement strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration across South India.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and project presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through partner-driven business.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Lead, mentor, and manage channel sales teams to maximize productivity.

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales / Syndicate Sales.

- Strong understanding of Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai real estate markets.
