Chief Human Resources Officer Hojai

We're looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help shape the next phase of our organization's growth. This is not a traditional HR operations role. We are looking for a strategic people leader with the maturity, business orientation, and leadership depth to build high-performance teams, strengthen culture, and partner closely with the leadership team on organizational scale and transformation. Who we're looking for
- 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Robust academic foundation in HR / People Management from a reputed institution Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles such as CHRO / Group HR Head / EVP HR / Head
- People & Culture Solid experience working within Indian organizations, especially promoter-led or high-growth businesses Strategic capability across: Organization Design Leadership Development Succession Planning Performance Culture Talent Strategy Workforce Transformation We are equally open to evaluating high-potential leaders who are currently one level below CHRO, provided they have demonstrated strategic influence, leadership maturity, and readiness to step into an enterprise-wide people leadership role.

Preferred experience
