We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Associate (B2C) to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, conducting product demos, and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-frequency sales environment.(B2C Sales) Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads. Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients through multiple channels. Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of Prosperr.io's solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships. Work in a high-frequency sales environment with quick turnaround times. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success & Tax Advisors) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a related field and its completely B2C sales. Proven experience in outbound sales and demo-based selling. Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products clearly. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in closing deals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
