- IT Value Stream Practice Leader •Location: Bangalore The IT Value stream is a framework that maps value creation and delivered through IT systems and processes for our customers. It spans across Idea to Production (Accelerating delivery of new value) & Incident to Recovery (Accelerating restoration of value when disruptions occur). It encompasses DevOps and focuses on improving flow, throughput, and sustainability across IT delivery and thereby involves DevOps, Agile & Quality engineering. Who are we looking for? •Experience having worked in IT service firms •Strategizing, visioning & creating roadmap for the portfolio. •In-depth experience with AI first approach in curating solutions for Quality engineering process as part of entire presale life cycle end to end •Worked extensively on the new age AI capabilities in the various QE tools as well as exposure to testing AI platforms •Experience in strategizing and solutioning that IT initiatives deliver measurable business value efficiency & throughput. Steer clients in identifying appropriate metrics •Lead & steer the clients from QA to QE & drive scalable test automation frameworks. •Exposure with other Portfolio teams (DevSecOps) in aligning automation avenues by adopting scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium ) •Led a team of senior presales or solutioning professionals. •Built solutions, frameworks, tools, and accelerators and adopted them same in RFP responses &. •Innovation and outcome-driven mindset. Qualification: •15-18 years of relevant work experience. •Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
