Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages. Take customer orders and provide product recommendations. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area. Handle cash, billing, and POS system accurately. Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Create a welcoming and friendly customer experience. Support team members during peak hours.
