Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Front Desk Executive to manage the front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, creating a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail to handle both front desk responsibilities and backend administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Greet and assist visitors, students, clients, and vendors in a professional manner Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, and file management Maintain office records, reports, and databases accurately Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling meetings, interviews, and training sessions Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, reception area, and office supplies Assist in organizing events, meetings, and training logistics Support HR and operations teams with onboarding formalities and documentation Monitor attendance records and assist in basic reporting Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance
Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Valuable organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic administrative and documentation skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Key: Must own a laptop Should be comfortable working from office/front desk on a daily basis Willingness to handle both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities Should be flexible with working hours based on operational needs

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
