Order Processing & Dispatch Executive (Okhla)

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily online orders from multiple marketplaces including Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart
- Handle order confirmation, invoicing, and end-to-end dispatch coordination
- Manage shipment tracking and proactively update delivery status
- Handle return, exchange, and RTO (Return to Origin) processes efficiently and within SLAs
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and the internal operations team
- Maintain accurate dispatch and return MIS reports in Excel on a daily basis
- Ensure timely packing, labelling, and shipment of all orders
- Update inventory and stock movement records across all marketplace panels
- Work directly on marketplace seller panels — Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart
- Identify and escalate operational issues to minimise delays and order cancellations Required Skills
- Myntra seller panel knowledge — Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce order processing and dispatch operations
- Robust understanding of return, exchange, and RTO management workflows
- Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting
- Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to manage high order volumes and perform under deadline pressure
- Familiarity with Amazon and Flipkart seller panels is an added advantage Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in fashion or clothing e-commerce operations
- Prior experience handling apparel categories on marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, or Flipkart
- Background in dispatch or fulfilment operations for a fashion brand or aggregator
- Knowledge of courier integrations and shipping management platforms Pay: ₹20,000.00
