- Creative Development: Ideate, conceptualize, and design communication collateral for various TEDxGateway projects and events.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all creatives align with TED and TEDx guidelines and maintain consistency throughout the design process.
- Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media team to create and deliver daily posts for various platforms, contributing to our online presence.
- Collaborative Design: Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Design Execution: Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity, producing top-notch visuals using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
- Platform Versatility: Work seamlessly across both Windows and Mac operating systems to deliver top-notch designs. Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, particularly for online media.
- Design Skills: Ability to create unique and visually striking designs.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Canva is essential. Expertise in at least one of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or Adobe Illustrator
- Technical Flexibility: Comfort in working on both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Portfolio: A ready portfolio showcasing your work, which will be a key part of the evaluation process.
- Independence: An independent thinker with strong visualization skills who can bring ideas to life with minimal guidance.
