- Support AMC quotation & coordination
- Ensure preventive maintenance visits
- Assist in AMC payment follow-up Revenue – Spare Parts &
- Service
- Identify spare replacement opportunities
- Recommend genuine parts
- Support service/spare revenue
- Promote upgrades where applicable Customer Satisfaction
- Maintain good customer relations
- Provide proper guidance & support
- Reduce repeat complaints
- Escalate critical issues timely Travel &
- Field Discipline
- Travel for service/installation work
- Plan travel efficiently
- Submit expense reports on time
- Maintain professional behavior Documentation &
- Reporting
- Submit reports within 24 hrs
- Update CRM/helpdesk regularly
- Maintain records (service/spares)
