Product Designer (UI/UX + Product Experience) Okhla Phase 1, Delhi Full-Time CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 Year About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Product Designer who can own the complete product design journey — from research and wireframes to final UI delivery and deployment coordination with developers. This role is ideal for someone who does not just “design screens,” but understands how digital products are built end-to-end. We’re looking for a candidate who can think through user experience, collaborate deeply with developers, maintain design quality during implementation, and contribute towards building polished, scalable digital products. You will work closely with founders, developers, and marketing teams to create intuitive, functional, and visually strong product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Design seamless and intuitive UX/UI experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product interfaces
- Take ownership of the product design lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Coordinate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Review developed screens/features and provide feedback to maintain UX and visual consistency
- Support deployment and QA to ensure the final product matches the intended experience
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams on product strategy and user experience decisions
- Work on branding assets, marketing creatives, landing pages, banners, and digital communication when required
- Assist in creative direction for campaigns, shoots, and product storytelling
- Conduct basic user research and usability improvements to enhance product performance Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI systems, and product thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong visual design sense, typography, spacing, and layout understanding
- Positive understanding of responsive design and developer handoff processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Product Design / UI-UX
- Portfolio showcasing product design, UX/UI projects, and creative work is mandatory Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups or quick-paced digital product environments
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Exposure to deployment workflows and product QA processes
- Experience contributing beyond design into product execution and coordination What We’re Looking For
